Downtown Revitalization Grants
The City of Ottumwa offers several grant programs to help downtown area businesses to renovate interior spaces, make improvements to their facades, and replace roofs.
Downtown and Church Street Revitalization Initiatives
City incentives are available to encourage reinvestment in the Downtown and Church Street business districts. Contact the Planning and Development department to learn more about the:
- Roof replacement program
- Facade grant program
- Interest buy down program
- White box program
- Commercial paint grant program
- Restaurant equipment grant program
All projects must be pre-approved by the City for enrollment in the program.
