Peddlers and Transient Merchants are business people who travel from place to place offering merchandise, services, or food products for sale, or taking or soliciting orders for merchandise, services, or food products for future delivery or who without traveling from place to place, sells or offers for sale from a wagon, temporary stand or other conveyance services, merchandise or food products.
Students of any school in the city selling or soliciting on behalf of his or her school are exempt from the license requirements.
