The public is invited to a farewell reception for City Council Member Victor Streeby. The reception will be held immediately after the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 17th, in Room 108 on the first floor of City Hall. Refreshments will be served. Victor Streeby is finishing up his term of four years as a member of Ottumwa’s City Council. His term in office will officially expire at Noon on January 2nd, 2020.
