As residents begin their spring cleaning, the City of Ottumwa would like to remind citizens that dumpsters at parks are not for home and business use. Dumpsters located in parks are for garbage created from activities at the parks. Dumping items from homes and businesses is illegal and violators caught committing this violation may be subject to citations and fines.
