The Ottumwa Recycling Center now accepts printer cartridges for drop off only. Anyone looking to discard printer cartridges can drop them off at the Recycling Center during their normal working hours. The Recycling Center is open Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 7 AM to Noon. This is for drop-off only, please do not discard them in your recycling bins.
